Returns
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Please consider the images provided and choose carefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I am happy to discuss options.
- I do not offer exchange or credit for changing your mind so please choose carefully.
- Please contact me directly via email or the contact page before sending the item back. I will provide you with an address to send the item to.
- Items need to be returned within fourteen days of delivery date.
- All items must be returned in 100% new, original and unworn condition.
- Any items deemed not in 100% new, original and unworn condition will be returned to the customer and no exchange or credit can be given.
- Items must be returned via 'express' post or another form of trackable delivery.
- Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please ensure that the item is packaged safely as I can not accept an exchange that is damaged through transit.
- International customers will need to pay for postage of exchanged items.
- No refunds, exchange or credit will be offered for sale items, unless faulty.
