Returns

It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Please consider the images provided and choose carefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I am happy to discuss options.

  • I do not offer exchange or credit for changing your mind so please choose carefully.
  • Please contact me directly via email or the contact page before sending the item back. I will provide you with an address to send the item to.
  • Items need to be returned within fourteen days of delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in 100% new, original and unworn condition.
  • Any items deemed not in 100% new, original and unworn condition will be returned to the customer and no exchange or credit can be given.
  • Items must be returned via 'express' post or another form of trackable delivery.
  • Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please ensure that the item is packaged safely as I can not accept an exchange that is damaged through transit.
  • International customers will need to pay for postage of exchanged items.
  • No refunds, exchange or credit will be offered for sale items, unless faulty.
